About Chef Ken
Executive Chef and Owner, Ken Tan, was born and raised in Malaysia and brings over 25 years of culinary expertise. Due to popular demand after six successful years of the original Belacan Grill in Los Angeles, Chef Ken premiers this widely anticipated second location in the O.C. In an authentic Malaysian fashion we offer mouth-watering dishes, all of which are prepared from the freshest ingredients.
